Leaky toilets at 3:00am, problem tenants, builders’ blunders and agent’s broken promises soon corrected my initial expectations for an ‘easy’ future in property.
But, as my own property portfolio grew, I gained an insight into what I could do well, and what I couldn’t. It’s a hard won lesson.
It made sense to me to build on that experience and find ways to offer that to other Landlords.
